Yank Tank Specialties takes pride and effort into assuring that its products are high quality, durable, and reliable. We assure this product is free from defects and has good workmanship 1 year from the date of purchase. **

Warranty does not change outside of what is said in this document, unless officially stated otherwise.

The warranty does not apply to products that have been altered, incorrectly repaired, improperly installed, poorly maintained, or for accidental damage. We, under any circumstance, will not be liable for injury, death, or damage to property due to the use of this product. 

To warranty an item, the product must be returned in its entirety unless instructed otherwise (such as individual components). We may require shipping to be paid by the buyer. You must use the original packaging or equivalent to ship back. We are not responsible for shipping damage or loss from improperly securing and packing items. It’s recommended to keep the old packaging. If you are unsure, contact Yank Tank Specialties for guidance on packaging your warrantied item. 

** On products sold (with the customers’ knowledge and consent) that have minor paint blemishes, runs, bare metal areas, scrapes, and other minor non-functional cosmetic issues that are not a hazard, are not warranteeable for such reasons. Otherwise they are warranteeable for all the other reasons and the 1-year warranty still applies. These products may be called “Scratch and Dent” or otherwise imply that the product has minor cosmetic issues.
